Delivery
We try to deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery times and charges set out below. Please note the delivery times stated below are indicative only and we are not responsible for any delays. Neither Cosmetronic UK Ltd or their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.
Delivery times and delivery charges
Orders will be processed within 72 hours and despatched within 5 - 7 working days. Delivery is £4.25 net per parcel. Our minimum order is £50 net. Couches, chairs and furniture will be quoted separately. Parcels will be sent by our nominated carrier service or by Royal Mail First Class. Please ask for quotation for off-shore destinations. 4 weeks delivery may apply to certain items. This will be confirmed at time of ordering. We reserve the right to make an extra charge for re-delivery if you are not available to accept or receive the goods when delivered to you.
Please note any items not delivered to you will be held on backorder for you and shipped as soon as they become available.
1. Cosmetronic UK reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
Although Cosmetronic UK tries to ensure that prices on this web site are accurate, errors can sometimes occur. (The prices as stated are therefore, indicative only but an accurate total price, including delivery charges, will be confirmed to you when we send you confirmation of our acceptance of your order.) If the price when confirmed, is not to your satisfaction your sole remedy is to withdraw your order and return the goods, to us in an unused condition, if already delivered to you.
All prices are exclusive of VAT and are quoted in British Pounds Sterling unless otherwise stated.
Payment in full is required to be made by (any of the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or Delta) through this web site prior to despatch of goods.Where a credit agreement exists between you and us, payment in full in cleared funds is required to be made no later than 30 days from the date of our invoice. In the event of late payment by you, we or our appointed representatives reserve the right to enter onto your premises to remove the goods. Until such time as payment is made in full in accordance with this Clause, you will keep all such goods separate and identifiable from the rest of your property. After 40 days a surcharge of 4% will be charged on the gross amount overdue levied on a daily basis.

4. Returns and refunds
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and contact us by telephone or e-mail if you do not receive your order or the items appear to be damaged or faulty within 48 hours.
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect goods, you must contact us by e-mail or in writing within seven working days of your receipt of the goods and provide us with your order reference number. We will have the goods returned to us and pay the costs of the return shipping. If we do not receive notification within seven days, any shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you.
If, in our opinion, the returned goods are damaged we will provide you, at our option, with replacement goods or a refund for the total costs of the goods within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods provided you have complied with the provisions above.
If we find that the goods are not damaged or faulty, we will return the ordered goods to you and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We will also charge you an administration fee of 10% of the cost of your original order.
When goods have been ordered in error or as not expected, the Company may agree to their return on the following conditions.
A request must be made to Cosmetronic UK within seven days of receipt of goods.
If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in original condition, unworn or unused and sent back to us with its original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less a 10% handling charge. Carriage charges will NOT be refunded.
Returned goods will only be accepted where a returns authorisation has been given. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. For your own protection, please obtain a receipt from the carrier, as the company accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
Goods which are given free, as part of an offer, are not exchangeable or refundable unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal terms and conditions.
Special or customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
If you choose to return an item to Cosmetronic UK, please allow 14 days for administration.
